West Royal Apartment

This project was a partial renovation and a full stage. We started with Blackstone Marble and Tile deep cleaning all the tile floors. New paint was added throughout along with new electrical updates and fixtures. The owners wished for wall-to-wall carpeting throughout so I chose a neutral, soft grey. The kitchen cabinets were painted and new knobs were added. I loved how the deep blue tones coordinate so nicely with the pale greys and creams in this apartment. Office To Bedroom Conversion

When it comes time to sell, an extra bedroom or two can be quite attractive to a potential buyer. An office may be transformed into a chic, little bedroom with a pop of colour and some creativity. 1 makeshift bed, stylish bedding, colourful toss cushions, fab artwork and a textured throw can really pull a bed together. Add an eclectic piece of art and voila! Instant bedroom! For the side area, comfortable pieces of furniture were added together with a modern console table accessorized with white and silver. Old Paired With New Creates Simple Eclecticism

This project was a partial renovation and stage down in Yaletown, Vancouver. Both bathrooms were extensively renovated and we gave the space a new coat of light grey/cream paint. Charcoal grey paint was added to the surround fireplace to create a nice focal point in the room.  This space is all about clean lines, weathered finishes and warm hues. We combined the soft shades of greys, creams and blues to create a timeless look combined with understated details. Contemporary West Coast Home

It's amazing how an injection of colour can really add depth and texture to a room. Teal blue was added to this room with the addition of reflective surfaces. The brown kitchen bar stools were replaced with new white and silver models and new pendant lights were installed. The TV room was immediately given new life with a new cream, shag rug.
