North Vancouver Gem

Does staging work? See for yourself! I think you will agree that staging adds value to your home. Staging can be done on many price levels. It’s definitely worth the expense. This listing was done in a combination of blues and greys. Wide open windows provided the perfect backdrop for soft hues of grey, blue and creams. The dark hardwood floors worked beautifully with the softer tones and silver accents. ...

Waterfront Lifestyle

This project was a combination of an aesthetic renovation and stage. The location was gorgeous so it really was all about highlighting the amazing water view. I chose a light grey paint to open up the space and give it a bright, airy feel. New hardware was added to all doors and closets. Bathroom fixtures were updated and the floors were given a professional clean. Check out the before and after photos in the “Continue Reading” section. ...

Whistler Escape

Maximizing space and efficiency was what this Whistler project was all about. We completely gutted the original space and all bedrooms and bathrooms were fully renovated. A neutral coat of white paint was chosen to open up the space and give the condo a fresh feel. Furnishings in deep blues, charcoal greys and hints of cream were chosen to compliment the snowy landscape outside.  ...

LOLO LIVING

I absolutely loved staging this little 2 bedroom condo down in Lower Lonsdale (or LOLO as it is affectionately known as now). The condo was first emptied and given a fresh coat of light grey paint. The owners wanted a space that felt simple and uncluttered, making good use of colours and textures that exuded a sense of warmth. Ambient light fills undefined areas within a room giving a soft glow to areas short of natural light. Soft shades of yellow, orange and grey were added to give the space a traditional feel with a bit of a modern twist. ...

Roses Are Red…Sofas Are Blue

I’ve always been drawn to velvet upholstery. There’s something so sumptuous about its texture and feel when you sink into it. This project was perfect for this velvet, blue sofa. Adding a cool tone of blue inside the pale grey walls really brought a punch of colour to this home. The addition of soft, pale greys and metallics really gave the space a luxurious and dramatic upgrade. ...

Whistler Hideaway

When you have a small space to sell, it’s important to decorate it in a way that will maximize the square footage. This little gem up in Whistler is a perfect example. A beautifully renovated one bedroom suite on the slopes of the mountain offered snowy views and a cozy interior. The combination of creams, deep blues and greys worked beautifully for this project creating a comfortable yet spacious feel to the small suite. Faux fur throws and cushions really add that luxe feel. ...

Inside Meets Outside

Have you ever noticed that some of the most beautiful rooms inside homes are the ones that maximize the views to the outside? Landscaping is not always strictly for the outdoors as it can often be seen by many rooms within the home. This home is a perfect example. The soft greens of the garden were incorporated as part of the colour palette when staging this home. Pale blues and creams worked wonderfully here. The woodwork of this home is stunning so it was important to highlight this feature with complementary furniture. ...

North Vancouver Rancher

This project was a 3 bedroom Rancher in desperate need of a contemporary update. The interior layout and beautiful backyard were perfect for a young family. All that was required was to provide a little vision and potential. We decided to modernize the interior a bit and give it a nice young vibe....
