This staging project was a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of a stellar view and a beautiful, neutral palette. Soft greys, creams and blues set the stage here accented with slight touches of black and greens. When staging this space I thought it was important not to detract from the main focus of the apartment which was the view. This project was a combination of a few, small renovation tasks and some staging items to complement the owner's home furnishings. The kitchen island was painted white, bedrooms and hallways were touched up with paint. The master bedroom was completely emptied and re-furnished. The basement areas were updated and we staged the pool area. The bones of the home were gorgeous so not only was it a great project to stage, but the addition of the staging items to complement the existing furnishing went seamlessly due to the neutral palette of the home. This lower Lonsdale apartment was a great project in dealing with existing coloured walls. For a stager it's a great challenge to neutralize a space for potential buyers at the same time dealing with an existing personal colour scheme. For this stage I decided to embrace the deep eggplant feature wall in the bedroom and tie it in with the more neutral beige/brown theme in the living room. One was a twin bedroom for a child, the other was a guest room and third was a Master Bedroom.
