Blue Skies

This stage was done in a high rise in downtown Vancouver. A great, little listing with walking distance to all shops, restaurants and other amenities. For this particular project, we worked with a few pieces of the owner’s furniture. A blue and cream theme worked well with his wall paint and really brought in the blue Vancouver skies. ...

Yaletown 3 Bedroom

Yaletown is one of Vancouver’s hot spots for real estate. Centrally located in the heart of downtown there is easy access to many amenities. Shops and restaurants are everywhere and the neighbourhoods boasts a very cool and funky vibe. This beautiful scenic 3 bedroom apartments was a dream to stage. We decided to go with a soft, neutral palette and enhance the wide open spaces as much as possible...

Lower Lonsdale Charmer

This was a fun, little stage that we decided to take a small den space and covert it into a small bedroom. In this way we were able to promote this apartment as a 2 bedroom space. A mix of greys, blues and creams transformed all areas within the suite and give it a nice, young, contemporary feel....

Lower Lonsdale North Vancouver

This little one bedroom apartment was a hidden gem situated on West 4th avenue in North Vancouver. It was occupied by a long time owner and was in need of a good coat of paint and some aesthetic updates before it was staged. I loved the use of blue/greys and whites on this one. The hardwood floors really set off the blue and grey tones of the fabrics . Scroll right in header to view more photos...

Vancouver House

This staging project was a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of a stellar view and a beautiful, neutral palette. Soft greys, creams and blues set the stage here accented with slight touches of black and greens. When staging this space I thought it was important not to detract from  the main focus of the apartment which was the view. Soft pastel colours in the furnishings  help compliment this wonderful layout and give the space a real open feel with plenty of space to move around. Scroll Right on header to view More Photos...

Natural Light

This home is a great example of how natural light can really make a space pop. There are many avenues for light to filter through this home on many angles. I decided to go with a soft, pastel palette adding teal, light grey and a bit of cream tones. Scroll right in header to view more photos...

West Vancouver Beauty

This project was a combination of a few, small renovation tasks and  some staging items to complement the owner's home furnishings. The kitchen island was painted white, bedrooms and hallways were touched up with paint. The master bedroom was completely emptied and re-furnished. The basement areas were updated and we staged the pool area. The bones of the home were gorgeous so not only was it a great project to stage, but the addition of the staging items to complement the existing furnishing went seamlessly due to the neutral palette of the home. Pretty in Pink

This lower Lonsdale apartment was a great project in dealing with existing coloured walls. For a stager it's a great challenge to neutralize a space for potential buyers at the same time dealing with an existing personal colour scheme. For this stage I decided to embrace the deep eggplant feature wall in the bedroom and tie it in with the more neutral beige/brown theme in the living room. Bedroom Bliss

I love re-creating a bedroom.Bedrooms should be cozy, welcoming, stress-free and done in a colour scheme that envelopes you in comfort. This project was a series of three different bedrooms. One was a twin bedroom for a child, the other was a guest room and third was a Master Bedroom. I felt that consistency in colour was important as they were all in very close proximity to each other but they also required their own personality. A yellow/teal theme was established with soft accents scattered about...

Grace 1280 Richards Street

Working with a beautiful shade of tangerine in this stage resulted in fabulous results. Tangerine bar stools with gold legs set the tone for this 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Vancouver. Soft greys were paired with brighter tones of orange and punches of black to really set off the space. The owner-selected Gucci Tiger wallpaper screams modernity with bold contrasts. LOVED working on this one! Scroll right on header to view more photos.    ...
